Cleanpro Expands Local Government Footprint with City of Belmont Rollout

Cleanpro has officially commenced its latest municipal service partnership, initiating full-scale operations across the City of Belmont. The major rollout marks another milestone in the company's steady expansion throughout Western Australia's local government sector.

The Cleanpro team has mobilized across council facilities, deploying specialised service personnel and equipment to manage
comprehensive hygiene services.

Leading the initial phase of the contract, the Cleanpro Installation Team has been working around the clock across City of Belmont administration buildings, public facilities, community centers, and operational depots. The installation teams are executing a high-volume rollout of modern hygiene infrastructure, including:

  • Commercial Washroom Systems: Upgrading essential hygiene units, soap dispensers, automated paper systems, and hand-drying stations across high-traffic community hubs.
  • Facility Preparedness: Transitioning service schedules, auditing existing amenities, and establishing rapid-response maintenance protocols across all designated municipal sites.

The successful onboarding of the City of Belmont reflects Cleanpro's integrated service model, which combines commercial hygiene services, and facility solutions under unified management. With the installation phase moving at pace, the transition ensures council staff, visitors, and residents benefit from enhanced hygiene standards and seamless service continuity from day one.

The Cleanpro operations team will continue site-by-site deployments throughout the week, finalizing hardware installations before moving into standard operational servicing cycles across the Belmont portfolio.

🌿 Growing Green: SWS Group Enhances HQ with New Garden Spaces for Sustainability & Staff Wellbeing 🌻

SWS Group has taken another meaningful step forward in its sustainability roadmap by transforming its facility grounds with vibrant new greenery and landscaped native plants. 🌱 The new outdoor garden space reflects the company’s dual commitment to environmental stewardship and cultivating a healthy, inspiring workplace culture. ✨

The planting initiative is part of SWS Group’s broader environmental strategy, which focuses on reducing the organisation’s footprint while enhancing local biodiversity. By integrating climate-resilient plants, the new landscaping supports water-wise conservation while creating a cooler, greener microclimate around the premises. 💧

There is truly nothing like stepping outside into fresh air and beautiful surroundings to take a break, catch up with colleagues, and enjoy a meal in the Perth sunshine. 🥪☀️ Creating spaces that foster genuine downtime directly supports workplace wellbeing, mental clarity, and team camaraderie. 🤝🌸

As SWS Group continues to drive sustainable practices across its operations—from eco-conscious products to renewable facility upgrades—the new garden stands as a daily, living reminder of that vision. 🏡 It is an on-site initiative that delivers cleaner air, supports nature, and gives the entire team an outdoor environment they can be proud to call their own. 🙌🎉

SWS Group Boosts Efficiency, Saves Time, and Trims More Than Just Costs with On-Site Tank

SWS Group has officially upgraded its fleet operations with the installation of a dedicated on-site fuel tank, a strategic move designed to streamline logistics, cut running costs, and eliminate downtime across the entire vehicle network.

For a busy commercial service fleet, daily visits to retail service stations add up quickly in wasted kilometers, queue times, and administrative overhead. Bringing fueling operations directly into the company depot solves these operational bottlenecks in one fell swoop.

Key Operational Advantages

  • Direct Cost Savings: By purchasing diesel and fuel in bulk, the business locks in wholesale rates and hedges against daily retail pump price spikes across the Perth metropolitan area.
  • Zero Lost Pump Time: Service drivers start their runs fully fueled and ready to go, removing 15 to 20 minutes of daily transit and queuing time per vehicle. Across a large fleet, this returns hundreds of productive hours back into operational service delivery each month.
  • Simplified Fleet Accounting: Digital monitoring on the central tank automates fuel tracking and reporting, eliminating lost fuel receipts and messy manual reconciliation.

An Unexpected Health Bonus for the Driving Team

While the operational and financial gains were well planned, the on-site tank has delivered a hilarious and welcome side effect for the driving crew: dodging the dreaded service station impulse buy.

Skipping daily stops at retail servos means drivers are no longer tempted by the sight of warm meat pies, sausage rolls, and iced-cold Cokes sitting right at the cash register. With daily temptation out of the picture, several team members have happily reported dropping a couple of kilos since the switch.

Between tighter fleet schedules, major cost efficiencies, and a healthier driving team, the new on-site fueling system has proven to be a high-impact win for operations, the bottom line, and staff waistlines alike.

📊 SWS Group Finance Team Passes ‘Project Credit Watch’ with Flying Colours! 🎯✨

The SWS Group office finance team has officially rolled out Project Credit Watch, achieving outstanding early results and completing the initiative with flying colours! 🚀💼 The new framework modernises the company’s debtor management, risk assessment, and accounts receivable workflows, driving major operational and financial wins across the business. 📈

By replacing time-consuming manual credit checks and reactive chasing with proactive, data-driven systems, the finance team has significantly streamlined daily administrative operations. 💻⚡

Key Benefits of Project Credit Watch 🌟

  • Significant Time Savings: ⏱️ Automated tracking and alert systems remove hours of repetitive data entry, freeing up the finance team to focus on strategic cash flow forecasting and proactive customer support. 🤝
  • Proactive Risk Mitigation: 🛡️ Real-time credit monitoring delivers early insights into customer credit profiles, protecting the group from exposure and minimising bad debt risks before they escalate. 🔍
  • Accelerated Cash Flow: 💰 Streamlined invoicing and structured debtor follow-ups shorten payment cycles, keeping cash flow steady and predictable across all operational divisions. 💵
  • Stronger Client Relationships: 🤝 Clear, automated communication keeps accounts transparent, reducing billing discrepancies and fostering professional, hassle-free payment experiences for long-term clients. 📄✅

The rapid success of Project Credit Watch is a testament to the finance team’s dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence. 👏 With the system now fully embedded, SWS Group is primed for smoother accounting cycles and greater financial resilience moving forward! 🏆🎉

From Hours to Seconds: Cleantex Expands RFID Technology for Total Inventory Control

Cleantex is taking linen management to the next level by expanding our advanced RFID tracking technology across our entire facility. 📡🧺 By embedding ultra-durable microchips—engineered to withstand intense heat, water, and industrial chemicals for over 200 wash cycles—we can instantly monitor inventory with precision. 🔍 High-speed bulk scanners read hundreds of tagged garments and linens simultaneously without requiring a direct line of sight, slashing traditional eight-hour manual counts down to just minutes while dramatically lowering labour overhead. ⏱️📊

This upgrade gives us real-time visibility as every single item moves through sorting, washing, drying and dispatch. 🔄 Live chain-of-custody logs significantly reduce shrinkage and missing items, while automated lifecycle monitoring tracks exact wash counts to ensure worn textiles are retired and replaced proactively. ✅ For our clients, that means greater accountability, fewer stock shortages and consistently high-quality linens delivered on time, every time. 🚚✨
