Kicking off 2026! | SWS Group Q1 Update
Welcome back, everyone! It’s an exciting time to be part of the SWS Group as we dive into Q1. Whether you are out on a delivery, servicing a high-traffic site, or managing logistics in the office, your work is the heartbeat of our business.
This quarter, we’re celebrating a period of growth and activity. From the busy demands of our laundry facilities to the specialized work our hygiene technicians perform every day, we are continuing to set the benchmark for quality in Western Australia. In this edition, we’re highlighting some of our recent wins, welcoming new family additions to the team, and reflecting on how our "Triple-Pro" approach continues to make a real difference for our clients.
At SWS Group, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards—not just in our work, but in how we conduct ourselves on the road. As we head into the new season, it is vital to remember that our company vehicles are mobile representations of our brand. More importantly, every time we turn the key, we carry the responsibility of ensuring everyone arrives home safely.
As of October 8, 2025, Western Australia has officially entered a new era of road enforcement. The implementation of AI-powered road safety cameras means that our driving behaviour is being monitored with greater precision than ever before. These cameras are not just looking for speeding; they are using high-resolution imagery to detect mobile phone use and seatbelt compliance in real-time.
We understand that reports of technical scrutiny regarding these AI systems—such as cases where fines were issued for minor or mistaken offenses—have caused some conversation. However, the most effective way to avoid the headache of a dispute or the financial sting of a penalty is simple: absolute compliance.
It is worth noting that the revenue generated from these road safety initiatives is directed into the Road Trauma Trust Account. This fund directly supports vital road safety projects across Western Australia. By driving safely, we are not only protecting our own licenses and our company reputation, but we are also helping to ensure that the roads remain safer for the entire community.
Let’s keep our focus on the road and our standards high. Stay safe out there, SWS Group.
I want to extend a huge thank you to the entire production team for another outstanding performance during what has been our second busiest season of the year.
Your collective efforts over the last quarter—particularly your commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service standards while navigating the additional requirements leading up to and through the Easter period—have been nothing short of exemplary. It is the seamless cooperation across all departments on the production floor that allows us to meet these seasonal demands, and I am incredibly proud of how you handled the pressure.
As we shift our focus to the coming months, we have several key initiatives designed to improve our operational efficiency and service capabilities:
Thank you once again for your dedication and hard work. Let’s keep this momentum going as we implement these positive changes.
The past few months have been a period of intense activity and strategic growth for our Business Development team. We continue to prioritise the retention and expansion of our key contracts, ensuring our service delivery remains industry-leading.
A massive thank you to Loku, Gidget, Dianna, Lia, and the entire Rockingham cleaning team. Your dedication to maintaining high standards is the driving force behind our ability to secure and retain these major partnerships.
It is an exciting time at SWS Group, and we have plenty of great news to share.
Important: Keeping Records Current To ensure we can always reach you and provide necessary communications, please check that your personal details (phone number, address, emergency contact) are up to date. If anything has changed, please send a quick note through to me so I can update our system.
